Happy day 10 of our 12 days of Self-Love challenge! And happy winter solstice! If you’re new around here, the past 9 days we have been focusing on one small act of self-love to fill ourselves up in the midst of the holiday season.
Today’s challenge: salute the sun! In yoga, often solstices are celebrated by practicing 108 sun salutations (which is a lot!) Today I’m just challenging you to move your body in any way that feels good. If you want to take a swing at some sun salutations–here is a great video of a modified sun salutation.
Because today is the shortest day of the year, I also challenge you to get outside at some point to soak in a little extra sunshine when you can.
