We’re six days into our 12 Days of Self-Love challenge! How are you guys feeling? The past week, I have been posting one self-love challenge to complete each day. The point of this 12-day series is to remember to fill yourself up with self-love even when things get crazy during the holidays.
For day 6, my challenge for you is to create a gratitude journal! You can go out and get a new journal, make a daily gratitude page in your bullet journal, or simply write a list of what you are grateful for. Making a gratitude list is a great practice before you go to sleep at night. I also find listing what I’m grateful is a super helpful practice anytime I’m feeling anxious.
