A Bigger Perspective

“The eyes experience less stress when they look upon a wider horizon” -R.D.Chin

Broaden your focus to remember your truth. That there is depth and width and beauty in life. Purpose can get lost in day-to-day drama, habits, and tendencies. Take time to look around. To breath deep. Nature (especially sunrises, sunsets, full moons, and a sky full of stars) has a way of bringing me back to center. Back to truth. And back to the understanding that life is so much bigger than I can comprehend. Taking time to breathe in the depth and beauty of a sunset (or sunrise) is a great way to pull out of the day to day, and bring yourself back to truth. Back to purpose. Back to love.
