Just popping in to share some things I’ve been super grateful for this week! I hope your week has been lovely and you are ready to have an amazing weekend.
Without further ado, some things I’ve been loving this week:
This book has been a really great read. The focus of the book is on habits: how to form them, why they are important, how to decide which habits are worth forming, etc. I love Gretchen’s work and feel like I can really relate to her own habits. It goes really well with The Happiness Project, but with more depth into every day living.
2). Ben Howard
He’s been a musical favorite for a long time, but I just bought his album Every Kingdom and have been listening to it nonstop ever sense. My favorite song continues to be “Old Pine” give it a listen here:
3). Off trail self-care
Including lazy mornings, lots of baths, yoga, running, and so much reading. It’s been a lovely week.
4). One year as a college grad!
This week has marked one year for me as a college grad. It’s been such a cool and insightful year, and I’m so grateful to have had so many adventures, and to still have my best friend by my side despite long distance between us.
5). Utah’s beauty
Even though I officially am over winter, I am grateful to live and adventure in such an amazing place. I’m also very grateful to spend the week warm and in my bed after a super cold week on trail.
