I’m back to give you a super simple, super quick, super delicious post-workout smoothie.
This has been the smoothie I crave each morning after I workout, and it never ceases to disappoint. Feel free to experiment and mix things up to make this smoothie your own.
Acai Protein Power Smoothie
1 package frozen unsweetened Acai (I got mine from Whole Foods, in the freezer section)
2-3 Tablespoons Chocolate Hemp Protein (I use Immortal Machine by David Wolfe)
1 banana (frozen to make it creamier)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 handful spinach (or if you use green powders, add one packet of Amazing Grass powder) (optional)

Add all ingredients to your blender, putting the almond milk in last. Mix until everything is well combined. Enjoy! Sip slowly, or use a spoon to slowly enjoy each bite. You can also top with granola if you’re looking for something a little hardier, or add some hemp seeds to get even more protein.
